Step 3: Exploring the Possibilities: Narrow down careers that fit your youth best with career profiles and a list of high-opportunity occupations. Also, check out Career Trek, a series of over 180 engaging videos highlighting careers in B.C.
Step 4: Making a Plan: Now that your youth has career options in mind, narrow down the list further with a criteria table. This will help them choose a career based on their interests, passions, skills and needs.
Step 5: Getting Skills and Experience: Learn how your youth can identify and improve their skills.
Step 6: Financing an Education: Explore how to finance a post-secondary education and help your youth learn to make a budget.
Step 7: Entering the Workforce: Help your youth write a standout resume, look for work and prepare for an interview.
