The Adaptive Amazing Race
WorkBC Centre South Okanagan held an Adaptive Amazing Race in partnership with the Community Recreational Initiatives Society. The Adaptive Amazing Race mimics the Amazing Race TV show, challenging teams at various adaptive stations designed to help people understand the equipment and resources used by people with disabilities. Teams worked together, and tested their physical, intellectual, and sensory skills by completing mazes or building towers while blindfolded.
