Community Workforce Response Grant Success Stories Participant Questions
Hello,
Thank you for participating in a training project funded by the Community Workforce Response Grant (CWRG) Program. The CWRG Program is gathering success stories and we’d like to hear about your experience!
To help get you started, we’ve included some suggested questions for you to answer below, but feel free to tell us your story in your own way. If you’d like inspiration, you can browse examples of success stories available on WorkBC.ca.
You can also video your story or include a photo of yourself with your written story. Once you’ve written your success story, you will need to send the following information back to your training program contact person:
- Include your success story, video or photo
- Read and sign the Testimonial – Consent and Release form. Signing this form gives the Ministry of Post-Secondary and Future Skills permission to share your story/photo/video. When completing this form, be sure it is signed by a witness.
Some stories may be chosen to release publicly. Please read the consent form carefully. If you do not feel comfortable with the consent form, you can still submit a success story, but the information will not be shared publicly.
Your training program contact person will be responsible for sending your story, video or photo (if you include one) and the Testimonial – Consent and Release form to the CWRG Program Team.
Thank you,
Community Workforce Response Grant Program Team
Ministry of Post-Secondary Education and Future Skills
